Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website, importfromchina.in, is operated by CXRT Co. Ltd. — Changzhou XinHua Ruijin Trading Co., Ltd. — a company registered in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China (Unified Social Credit Code 91320412MAENM1WQ2B). In this policy, "we", "us", and "CXRT Co." refer to that company. For data-protection questions, contact us at hello@importfromchina.in.

2. What we collect

• Information you send us through a form. Our contact and inspection-request forms ask for your name, email address, company name, and a few optional qualifier details (company size, equipment type, whether you already have a China supplier, and what you'd like help with), plus whatever you write in the message field.
• Correspondence. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of the enquiry.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and reliability. We also use a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool that reports aggregate visit counts and page performance; it does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other sites. Visitors in the EU are excluded from this analytics collection.

We do not collect payment-card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide our services — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and performance of a contract once one exists.
• To operate and secure the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a functioning, secure site.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving it, using data that does not identify you.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you:

• Formspree — processes our form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Formspree operates from the United States.
• Cloudflare — provides hosting, content delivery, security, and the cookieless analytics described above. Cloudflare operates globally.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

Because we are based in China and use providers in the United States and elsewhere, information you send us will be processed outside your own country, including in jurisdictions that may not offer the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it. Aggregate analytics data contains no personal identifiers.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or provide it in a portable form. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email hello@importfromchina.in. If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have handled your data improperly, you may also complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

This site does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Any cookies present are limited to those strictly necessary for the site and its security provider to function.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
