CXRT Co. is led by Mrinal Sinha, a business analyst and procurement professional with over a decade of experience bridging business and technical teams across banking, insurance, and industrial manufacturing projects.

Before founding CXRT Co., Mrinal served as Senior Buyer, Procurement at Amman Mineral Internasional — a publicly listed, multi-billion-dollar copper and gold mining company — where he managed the entire vendor lifecycle: sourcing and evaluating vendors, negotiating pricing and contract terms, coordinating manufacturing inspections, tracking material status and delivery, and resolving the exact problems Indian buyers now describe to CXRT Co.
