Wrong specs, short quantities, and damaged or substandard packaging are usually only caught by someone standing on the factory floor, counting and checking the goods themselves.
Timing is the whole point. Once the balance has left your account and the goods have shipped, your leverage is gone — an inspection is worth most in the window between production finishing and that final payment going out.
We're not employed or paid by the factory we're inspecting — a report you can trust because it isn't coming from the same people trying to sell you the goods. CXRT Co. is also Indian-owned, unlike most inspection firms in this space, so we're structurally on your side of the table, not the factory's.
